But you might need more - from a fresh coat of paint to redesigning the kitchen, from sprucing up the exterior to clearing out the basement. You'll always recoup your investment in staging and we can make it happen!

& Downsizing
Whether you're staging or not, this is the perfect time to take stock of your possessions. Let go of all those things you've accumulated over the years and don't really need to take with you. An added plus is that you'll reduce your moving costs. We can even run a moving sale and dispose of what's left. While you're in the process of staging and downsizing, why not start packing? While we don't take responsibility for the actual packing, we can help you plan out what you should pack away now, and provide an organized plan so that unpacking in your new home is a breeze. We'll help you designate some special "first week" boxes to make sure you have access to everything you need until you've unpacked. We can even design a furniture placement plan for your new space based on what you are taking with you.
